Shipping Policy

When an order is placed, you will receive an automated confirmation email of your order details, and your order will be processed as soon as possible.

For regular products, the processing time is within 10 business days.
For customized products, the processing time is within 4-6 weeks.

We offer free shipping for orders over $99 (USD). For orders that do not meet this threshold, a shipping fee of $15 (USD) will be charged.

Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order, as later changes may result in additional charges.

Once your order is shipped, an email with a tracking number will be sent to you.

For North America, the package will arrive in 6-15 days.
For the rest of the world, the package will arrive in 8-15 days.

NOTE:

Our delivery service does not cover post office boxes or military mailing addresses (APO, FPO).

Customs and Import Duties

Sometimes, extra customs or import duties are inevitable. If such charges do incur, please contact us at info@silksuen.com without hesitation:

Please send us a copy of the receipt of the customs duties via email.
A refund will be processed within 3-5 working days upon receiving your receipt.
