Silk Suen is fully committed to excellent customer service. To ensure a satisfying purchasing experience, our return policy is as follows:
Returnable Products
You can always return or exchange a general product within 30 days of the delivery. A returned product must be unused, unwashed and undamaged. We do not accept a returned product that has been used, washed or damaged. (NOTE: General products exclude customized products, products on sale and clearance products.)
Non-Returnable Products
This includes customized products, products on sale and clearance products.

About Shipping Fee
It’s the customer’s responsibility to pay for the shipping when a product is returned or exchanged. However, if a return or exchange occurs due to our mistake (a defective or incorrect product is sent), we will refund the shipping fee.
Refund Process
We will process the refund within 2 days after we have received and inspected the returned product. Refunds are credited to the original payment method and can take 3-5 days.
NOTE:
- We are not responsible for the lost or damage parcels during the return transit.
- Do not return any product without a pre-consent from us; such a return will not be accepted.
- When returning a product, ensure the condition of the returned product matches the description provided in the Return/Exchange Form. If a product returns to us and its condition does not accord with the initial description, we reserve the right to send it back to the customer. In this case, no refund will be made.
